Travel Info Why does nobody love Limerick? It can't be that bad...? Travel Tips As a native of Limerick I have to say I love it,Irish media unfortunately like to stick it to Limerick at every opportunity.Limerick like any other major modern city has crime but unlike other city's ie Dublin Cork etc the reporting on Limerick is biased.Great pubs Great people & Great craic.Try it Others Maybe it's all those rhymes... I don't know any good ones... maybe its all from the media sayin things like people stabbing and shootin each other, Ah, the beautiful River Shannon, a place of beauty and rural charm. A great place for sports: soccer, rugby, and horse racing. A terrific place to shop, especially for the local crafts. I want to go to Limerick, But right here I will have to stick, As I need a Dime, And I have no time. When will I get to Limerick? it has been on TV and in the newspapers hundreds of times about stabbings and shootings. but most of these are just in particular areas so if you stay out of those youll be fine and have a gr8 time!!! |
