Best place to park at Anfield?

Where is the best place to park near Anfield, I am coming down for the Spurs Game at the end of this month, and it's the first time I have been to the ground.
Would also like to know if there is anywhere where my wife can go shopping nearby as she isn't coming in with me.

There are loads of "out of town car parks" that you can park and it is safe NCP 1 mile away is the best and then you can go to the game and wifey can do shopping. Seriously NCP 1 mile away is only 拢4 per day.

on the centre spot liverpool dont do much in midfield so your car should be safe and if it was nicked you would have 50 thousand witnesses and an action replay on match of the day

you could catch a train lol you could park your car in a side street just a few minutes away called fountains close although you may get some little street urchin asking for a quid to watch your car whats a couple of quid rather than a window screen as for shopping you have county road or a bus to the town centre which will take about fifteen minutes enjoy and hope you turn the reds over .
