In your opinion, how much per year does one need to earn a year in Merseyside to live a comfortable lifestyle? |
Travel Info I'm not asking about families here, I'm merely asking about an individual on his own letting a nice flat in a fashionable part of town. I'm not talking Richard Branson wealthy here either. When I say comfortable, I mean enough money to go on a couple foreign holidays a year, drive a respectable motor, have nice clothes, and go out for dinner a couple times a week. Travel Tips Probably about 拢20k, but does it matter - you'll probably let the question die anyway. Others About 拢25'000 a year I'd say, but hey what do I know I live in Liverpool and I'm skint!!!!!! get your benefit and rob like the rest of em,they do ok 20k would giv u enough for ur ambitions i used to live there surely depends on where you want to live 拢150k for appartment in town, 拢150 for 2 bed terrace in run down area ha ha would have thought 拢30k p/a (salary income) should see you close. also are you a new buyer and are you young enough to take on a 35 year mortgage or perhaps a shared ownership would reduce this also... good luck, it's a really trendy place now just noticed you said to LET, rent is usually the same monthly fee as a mortgage anyway so still work on the above basis Renting a flat, average car, hols and nice average stuff, 25k PA. You probally get a little flat for 5-600 per month |
