How long would you say it is from Bradford to Liverpool by train?

I want my friend to come visit me in Liverpool I'm just wondering how far it is!

100km = 1 hour? Are you kidding me? it takes me 45 mins to liverpool on the train and i live 20 miles away
There is a direct train from Leeds to Liverpool every hour and it takes about 1 hour 40 mins. It's about 20 mins Leeds to Bradford - so to allow for connections allow say 2 hours 30 mins at the most to get Bradford -Liverpool or vice versa.
