Heathrow airport / ground transportation?

I am going on a cruise with Royal Caribbean 9/24/2007 I need to find ground transportion from Heathrow airport to Harwich ( port.) we have 2 people plus bags 2 each.Since we arrive early morning and can't board until afternoon I would also like to have a driving tour if possiable.

Looking at the ports website I can see its quite expensive for a taxi. http://www.harwich.co.uk/cruise_taxis.as... There is a train from London Liverpool Station to Harwich. See that website for details.
