How can I find the lowest airfare to London from Denver? |
Travel Info I'm planning a trip in September and don't know where to look for cheap fares. Help! Travel Tips First go to various travel websites and find all of the best fares from airlines. For instance if travelocity tells you that the airfare is 800 dollars to fly American, they call American Airlines and try to get a better deal. Airlines will always make a better deal than travel sites because the airline has to pay the travel site a brokerage fee. Always look at travel sites for deals, then make the reservation personally. You can find the airlines phone number off of the airline website. Others expedia www.airlineconsolidator.com usually has cheap fares. Otherwise the best sites are www.expedia.co.uk www.travelocitiy.co.uk www.airline-network.co.uk www.kayak.com [will show prices in USD though] Look at Yahoo Fare Chase. Put in the dates you want, and it'll search for the cheapest airlines. Once you have a better idea, go directly to that airlines website and check out their prices. Normally, it's a little cheaper to go directly through the airline. You may try going to a Travel shop too, but they charge a commission, just like Yahoo travel.. Flying non-stop is normally cheaper, too, however, I'm not sure if flights from the UK go direct to Denver. I did the Fare Chase way to get the best deal for my brother - Gatwick to Houston in July. It's still expensive, especially with the Pound so strong against the Dollar, but you'll get a great deal when exchanging money to dollars!! Have a fun trip! Me - bought tix last week... http://www.expediaguides.com/farealert/... you'd have to download it, but it should help your search for a low air fare |
