Places to go/eat/see in London for Teenagers? |
Travel Info I'm taking my girlfriend (17) to London for our Year Anniversary. Any suggestions for Restaurants/Places to see/Things to do? I've got about 拢150 to spend. Already got the train tickets. We should be there Between 11am and 7pm. What to do? Travel Tips how about the Science Museum? Its pretty cool, you could watch an IMAX movie, and I think its Free (but don't quote me on that last one!) Camden Town's a good place to go- there are loads of shops, restaurants, and live music- and lots of it is cheap! You could go to Oxford street- but I wouldnt recommend it- Its quite expensive, and packed! Others no but i there is lots of hotels email me at emma_xx_emma@yahoo.co.uk thanxx Camden market. Croydon or west end! The Hard Rock Cafe in Piccadilly is good and has all the film memorabilia there. There is also the Planet Hollywood restaurant which is on a similar theme (also in piccadilly). There is a huge arcade place in the Trocadero centre (also in piccadilly). Covent Garden is good in the evenings as they cafes stay open really late and they have street entertainers / singers. As for the best French restaurant in London - it's called La Poule au Pot and is in Pimlico (near Sloane Square). It's very expensive though so bring plenty of cash - also you'll need to book. camden like a few other people said, cute little places, like portobello road, london eye (pricey though! not sure exact 拢) trafalgar square is nice, hyde park (picnic lunch!) but yeah traf square because theres the national gallery there as well and soooo easy to get places!! also south london is cute, well i live there so i think so!!! lol..have a goooood time!! teenager in london.. |
