London Sightseeing Bus Tour?

I want to go on one of those open top sightseeing tours. There are 2 companies that run them - Big Bus and the Original London Sightseeing.....any recommendations about which one I should go on? I want to see as much as possible

Havent been on either myself, but I work in Central London and the Big bus company is the one that springs to mind. You can pick it up outside Baker Street Tube Station (as well as many other places I think).

Personally of it was me I would go with them, they have buses all around London and seem to be very busy all year.

I think the one i went on was Big Bus but im not sure... Worth checking though cos one of them offers or atleast did then offer a boat tout too. That was pretty interesting.

The one i went on offered a route and you could "hop on, hop off" at any point throughout the day on their many busses. The first bus i was on we were on the top of the bus, open aired, where everything he said was clear but the secon bujs we got on after the river boat tour we were on the bottom level and the acoustics where absolute rubbish, i couldnt understand a word the guide was saying.. BUT all that said it was a few years ago.

The Big Bus Company are the best. It was years ago I went on one.
the 1st answer is a good answer but please take an umbrella as there open roofs and the british weather is unpredictable hope you have a lovely time when you go and keep valubles close at hand as there are a few pick pockets about be safe have a great journey . x debbie
When I went for Spring Break, my mother and I took one that goes around London and stops at all the popular spots. You can get off and on all day for the same price and go around as many times as you like. It was extremely convenient! Unfortunately, I can't recall the name of this certain one, but I'm sure you could easily find out via Google.
