Going to England Cheap!?

I'm thinking of going to England next summer, but i need to be able to do things cheap. I've heard that you can go on like "student tours" to other places (some of my old highschool teachers would talk about how they would get room and board for like 10 bucks a night because they would get "student board" or something like that) And i was just wondering on how you find out about these, or if they even exist any more. Does anyone know anything about them, or even just a way to get in touch with a cheap tour? Thanks!

However, you're not going to get a room for $10, which is 拢5, anymore. Youth Hostels are 拢15-拢20 a night, so $30-$40.

It depends on where your going in England. London obviously will be more expensive, while other places may be less. You should try contacting different hostels and companies in advance to see if they offer any discounts.
