There is a discount ticket booth right in the middle of Leicester Square, they will sell you half price tickets for most shows. However if you want ticket for a premier, your best bet is to go on-line and by them directly from the theater as early as possible. You can buy show tickets from the box office, however tickets for a premier are usually sold out weeks prior to the day of the show.
