Travel Tips in cornwall the weather has a mind of its own!! the best way to check out our weather down here is to go on the radio cornwall website, their weather report is normally spot on and it is useful to have on for local traffic reports in your car as locals let radio cornwall know as soon as there has been an accident or any hold-ups. in summer the roads can get congested down here especially around the newquay area, my advice as a mother of six used to being in a noisy car is to keep a couple of bottles of water or juice always in the car and a few bits for the kids to do (you proberbly do already!!) if your kids love trains there is a place called lappa valley which have miniature train rides, play areas etc; my kids love it as a change to a crowded beach or crealy adventure world. anyway good luck with it all and have a great time!!! Others Only God knows. Your best hope of finding out would be the weather channel on television, call the national meteorological station for your area directly, or pack away a few things in that annoying "just in case" plan, since the best anyone can do is predict when they 'think' the weather will change. Think positive. Cornwall is beautiful, and am sure the weather will be better for you. Have a good holiday it was only a few weeks ago my husband (farmer ) was moaning it was to dry for the crops now he blames me for all the rain cause I've been camping I've stopped camping now but its still raining and hes still moaning i cant win!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
