Best Hotel in the city of London for under $200.00 dollars a night?

Plan to be in London this time next year, would like a nice Hotel put don't want to pay a lot of cash. Would like some place central.

Keep in mind that $200 is only 100 pounds - and won't get you too much in London. With that said, I recently stayed at Victoria Park Plaza <www.parkplaza.com/londonuk_vi... While my stay was 159 pounds (sorry, no pound sign on my keyboard - just moved here and am still using an american keyboard), I did see that they have some nights for 99, which would be $200 at today's exchange rates. I thought it was nice and will stay there again.

It is great, with a good location, nice amenities, and interesting decor.
