Travel Tips
Dulwich Park in SE21 - http://www.southwark.gov.uk/yourservices... - is about the only one I can think of in se London. As others have said the other option for rowing is on the Serpentine in Hyde Park - http://www.royalparks.org.uk/parks/hyde_...

Danson park in bexleyheath have a nice boating lake or greenwich park .

the answers in the question
Serpentine in Central London is a good row, [Hyde park] Greenwich Park have drained off their lake.
Danson Park is nice - it's more greater London though (south east) about zone 5. There is a pub in the park too. You have to have a good day for it though!
