For a London Hotel, it wasn't too bad but certainly not a great location. It's older, but in the price range you have to expect this. Don't get their breakfast though, it's overpriced.

The Chinese food restaurant is okay. We preferred the hotels over in the Bayswater district and never returned to this place as we felt the Bayswater was even more reasonable and better located.
