I haven't had to do that but my boyfriend did it to me. He didn't exactly tell me, he showed me. Right before I was leaving for a trip he asked if he could give me a goodbye kiss. So I said yeah thinking it would just be a peck on the cheek. So when he went to kiss me he actually kissed me on the lips. So it was kind of obvious what his feelings towards me were. Haha.
