Im a teen and i know my mom doesn't want to spend 5,000 dollars on a camp.

Check out what the YMCA has to offer. I sent my daughter to sleep over camp and paid less than $1,200.

Look into Venturing through your local Boy Scout Council www.scouting.org

They have a coed high adventure program for 14-20 year olds. It allows you to do all the aquatic, camping, climbing, backpacking of a Boy Scout Camp, yet you do not have to wear a uniform, or do some of the other goofy things that younger Boy Scouts have to do. Camps ran by Scouting organizations are a fraction of the cost of most camps,
