I would like to move to california one day? |
Travel Info How expensive is it to live down there I'm 20 years old and I am still in college in NJ but I was thinking of going for my masters in California. I'm not sure how to do it but it's something that I really want to do. But at the same time I don't want to suffer. Any suggestions. Travel Tips Yeah, it's definitely expensive, especially San Diego and San Francisco. The weather, San Diego's that is, makes up for it. If you appreciate the beach San Diego is the way to go. Very fine schools here as well. Students around here seem to find affordable housing easy enough so that really shouldn't be a major problem. I've lived in enough California cities for sure. Northern California is very nice as well. Really different from Southern California. Take a trip out here and decide for yourself what appeals most. Source(s): Travel Agent. (not really) Other Travel Tips all of ca is pricey and la area is worse i would try asking in a la area chat room to see what people have and pay living there Come here to visit, but I wouldn't move here permanently. If you must move to CA, go up north in Shasta, Sacramento, Santa Clara or Medicino counties. Forget LA. Nightmare city. It depends where you are going to go to college but I understand NJ is expensive and so is LA so I am sure it wont cost more than what you are used to Grad school's a great way to do it. They'll probably pay your way and it will give you time to scope out the situation. Good luck. Yeah it is expensive but if its education which is a permanent investment I am advising to go the the best college you want to be and try to go up north or else if you think staying there is expensive try to do correspondence ,but as young as you are please work for it. |
