Tues and Wed. Weekends are inherently bad and people tend to take off either monday or friday to go. And thursday, for whatever reason. Your best bet is a tuesday, though it will be more crowed now that it is summertime.

Weekdays are best, way too crowded on weekends.
I have gone on Wednesday and it was not so bad.
