Travel Info I am moving to Los Angeles and have found an apartment in Vermont Square; How is the neighborhood? Travel Tips okay, heres the deal.... that area tends to have beautiful old big houses.... there are alot of college kids in that area because usc is so close by... there are lots of museums, the coliseum is close by and there are lots of restaurants close by on figueroa... the only thing is, its heading into south central... im sure youve heard of south central, la.... its where the riots started.... its not a really good neighborhood.... pretty to look at but actually kind of dangerous.... so, though your rent may be cheaper and the place may look really pretty, i wouldnt take a stroll around the block or really hang out anywhere other than the spots i mentioned... Others no good this might be prying a little, but; what are the cross streets? Oh No What Have you done! Don't go out of the house with out a really big dog! Oh My Gosh what are you thinking! Have you seen that place at night! Not really it's a lovely place I lived in that area 10 years ago and loved it! Congrats! on the new place and your new adventure in life! Peace out! |
