What do u think about driving to Genting with a 1.5 Hyundai Accent? |
Travel Info We're staying in KL for 3 nites & then 2 nites in Genting. Not sure if we should leave our car at the hotel carpark and we take a bus to & from Genting or just drive there. Afraid that our car may not be able to take the slope, but we're also not very confident about leaving our car. Travel Tips I think should be no problem with car. Just perform a quick check on your car's brake,engine oil and tyres.You just have to be confident of your driving skills. Slow and steady up the hill.parking there is safe. Parking is safe at your own risk. i've been up there a lot of times and my car is safe... Others Depends how many people and how heavy luggaes u r bringing...it will still go up but just very slow and overheated... It will go up that hill. Its not too bad. Dont expect it to pick up like an SUV. These days the roads up to Genting has been so improved, courtesy of gamblers contributions, that even a bullock cart can go up. No problem with your 1.5 ltres engine. Even a tiny Kancil can manage. Taking a bus is a viable option. For me driving is much more convenient. |
