The 2.9 billion ringgit towers are the centerpiece of the Kuala Lumpur City Centre project, started by former Prime Minister Mahathir Mohamad in 1992 on the site of a horse-racing track and completed in 1998. The towers have an average occupancy level of 87 percent, according to property manager KLCC Urusharta Sdn., while the 300-store mall is fully occupied.

Improving

is true, is not fully occupied
Am working there and contact KLCC Urusharta quite a bit. The occupancy rate is in the range of 65-70% eventhough the official announcement is higher. I would not consider it as empty as some of the floors are not fully tenanted out - hence empty lettable spaces exist in certain floors.
No, plenty of space to rent. i been there few times and i had to agree its 50% occupied.
plenty of space but to be honest the rent is expensive and its haunted
