Travel Info After the recent pay increment. Travel Tips i think there are a few of them always have good attitude and ethnic about their profession irregardless of whether they get the pay rise or not. well i do agree most of them will not be motivated and remain the same and in my opinion this is mainly due to the whole operation system where either you work hard or you don't the increment is almost the same. i m sad to admit but this is the fact that everybody knows. Others i dont think so. all government staff and its subsidaries are lazy forever. experience not at all,just do not put high hope, anyway, they salary are rather low compared to private sector. Some government agencies like Imigeresen have clearly stated clients' charters which they at least strive to live up to. I can't say the same for other agencies and I don't think the recent increment is big enough to make any impact on their performance. I dare say a lot of staff take their lead from their senior officers so if the head is laid back, then die lah the whole organisation. dont depant on it!! For the first few months....ada motivation. After that go back to the old way lah....What you expect from a 1.2 million civil servants.....underwork all the times!!!!! |
