it cost from RM 4 K ownwards, depending which company who do it. there are few outside midvalley on the office block. it quite common here.
contact Dr. J.Ekle in the KL main shopping mall which is close to the city center sports stadium. Dr. J was trained in Russia many years ago and is an expert on the subject. depending what you want done the cost varies (per eye US$1,000, skin clean ups may require several treatments at US$200 per treatment. best of luck
There's a laser eye surgery clinic call LASIK OPTICAL or you can go to Tun Hussein Onn Eyes Hospital at Jalan \Utara partly operate by the government.
Not sure it's safe to do it in the long run...latest news is that S'pore had temporary suspended the laser surgery due to infection to some of the patients..you need to get more details from the expert though...
It can cost from RM2,500 per eye depending on a few factors.

Laser surgery is like making a flight and there are 3 main things to consider:

1. Pilot - who is the doctor and how experience is he. Check it out.
2. Airport - what facilities are available for the operation? Is it in a proper hospital or just a tiny clinic somewhere
3. The plane - what equipment is used for the operation. There is a big difference between the latest equipment and what was available 10 years ago. Do check and compare.

In summary, price alone is not a good comparison and you normally get what you pay for. With all the above 3 elements in place, you can increase your chances of getting the right results. Good luck!
