In reality - proton will not survive untill somebody bought them (international company)..

I hope - proton will survive. To many vendors & ppl depends on it. nearly 50,000.00 ppl (i guess) affected in a way if proton close down.
imagine the effects of many jobless people. that's why i think government is supporting it.. look it from other perspective..

Let proton die quickly rather than prolong it life wasting everyone time and money...let it goes with the 'M' that created it. Time up for both of them!
Probably not until they sell to a broader market. They currently only exports cars to the United Kingdom, South Africa, and Australia and the company is aggressively marketing its cars in several other countries including the Middle East.

If they keep coming up with funny/ugly designs they'll suffer huge losses but then again gov has to protect it anyway..
