Travel Info what is the meaning of "gerila ke? nampak pape pon, igt gigi cantek ke, ie pasukan gerilaa laa, askar wataniah?berkhidmat untuk negara"??? i can't understand it??? Travel Tips "guerila? look like something, teeth is beautiful, guerila squad, soldier? serve your country?" its in sms-style malay. which is grammartically wrong. correct my msg if im wrong. --- shayna: gile is crazy, gerila is guerila, look at the other words, there's a askar there, that means this message is about armies, terrorists, guerilas.. etc.. Others it means: Cheeseburger, fries and diet coke no ice please. I'm joking, I have no idea what it means. err i think are u crazy, i never see anything, u think your teeth is pretty? its gila group, solder serve the country? my god and i thgt my malay is terrible.. haha Nope i don't understand a single word of it... it might be a monkey language or a monkey learning to talk human language.......... i try to translate: "gerila ke?" - "is it guerilla?" "nampak pape pon, igt gigi cantek ke" - this one is difficult to translate, but this is my assumption of what he wanted to say : "no matter how many times you look at them, do you think your teeth are pretty" "ie pasukan gerila laa" - "it is guerilla squad" "askar wataniah?" - "wataniah army?" The Rejimen Askar Wataniah is the reserve component of the Malaysian Army. you can read about it on this site: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/rejimen_ask... Some University students will take part in Askar Wataniah, it's like taking part in a club/society (i know this coz my some of my friends joined the club). "berkhidmat untuk negara" - "serve to the country" Shayna is right.. |
