KL Train Help Required? |
Travel Info Actually i am going for visit to KL, I heard taxis are so expensive at KL, so I want travel in train service, little help required. How can i reach at Jalan Bukit Bintang from KL Airport and from Jalan Bukit Bintang to sunway lagoon park. is it any train map available as in London for tube service. or can any one proper guide me about rail service in KL. thanks Travel Tips here look at this, there's a map there. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/malaysian_r... From KLIA, take the KLIA express to KL sentral, then take another train named "KL sentral - Titiwangsa" and you'll stop at bukit bintang station. From Bukit Bintang, take the same train back to KL sentral, then take the train named "KTM", direction towards Port Klang, and stop at Subang Jaya Station. There are few yellow mini buses outside Subang Jaya Station, board it, fee is about Rm1, u can reach Sunway Pyramid. The entrance of Sunway Lagoon is at the Sunway Pyramid parking lot. When u reach Sunway Pyramid, ask anyone, they are able to show you how to get to the Sunway Lagoon entrance, Source(s): I really hope this helps. Other Travel Tips ok. if u wanna take public t'port, get a map 1st anywhere abt d bus/train routes. now, take d klia express fr airport to kl central hub.disembark thr. now, take a ktm commuter train fr d central hub to subang jaya st. then,fr thr, take a cab to sunway lagoon.no direct bus fr s.jaya to s.lagoon. been to m'sia.so thr. Easiest way, ask someone. Public people or office people. Ecnlosed are a link for what are you looking for. Hope it help. Good Luck. http://www.sentulraya.com.my/extlink/fra... Harris, the best way to discover Kuala Lumpur by trains..click here.. http://www.kiat.net/malaysia/kl/transit.... download a complete detail of train map in Kuala Lumpur here Refering to the transit map that i provide for you earlier..To reach Bukit Bintang from KLIA is very easy..get onboard ERL (green line)..you will then reach the KL Sentral ( this is the main hub of all transit station )..from KL Sentral, get onboard the KL Monorail (red line ) to Bukit Bintang Station. From Bukit Bintang itself, its kinda a tricky way if you still wants to travel by the train..as there are no direct train that goes to Sunway Lagoon..you might have to walk and catch a cab later on..so i would personally recommends to you to take a cab from Bukit Bintang ( ask your hotel's concierge to arrange it for you, check on the fare first, pls be advised that to get to Sunway from Bukit Bintang is way too far..approx journey time at 1 hour +, - ) that go straight to Sunway Lagoon..believe me, you dont want to waste your energy by walking here and there changing trains.. good luck! and have fun in Sunway! |
