Travel Info
Okay, regulars... newcomers, everyone... listen up.

I know that there's been a lot of hoo-ha with Y/A on the Lina Joy's case and the issue of Human Rights and other stuff that is highly debated in here... (which is GOOD)

In fact, among the main contributors to the issues related in here is ME and I would like to request if we could also 'tone down' on this discussion and move on with our topics?

Honestly, I don't like to drag on something like this for too long. We all know how dumb some people can be and how racist they are, but what's the point going through this over and over again?

I wholeheartedly agree with MOST of the posters in here on the issues they've brought up (and opposed too). Each and everyone got their points and they are all right in their own respective comments.

We just can't please everyone and even worse, we can't be using Y/A to get real answers (or change) on specific issues like this. In fact, we are only satisfying our hunger for curiosity in here.

Yes. I agree absolutely. Please let us just move on, guys. We can't live in the past forever you know. This is not getting very healthy with all the squabbles and bickering. In reality, I am sure we can still live in peace and harmony with everyone else, right? In spite of what is happening in this cyber world, I have faith that deep down in all of us, we just want to live peacefully with each other instead of condemning other races.

Personally, I already accepted the state of conditions of our country, how our country is being governed, and etc. I am not one to complain incessantly but neither do I live in denial. I certainly do not condone with the illiberal democracy that is with this country. I despise all the oppression that the minorities have to endure indefinitely. I am a fighter for justice, I am fiercely loyal to my own ethnic and I am proud of my heritage.

Notwitstanding all the inferior treatments that the minorities have, I for one, still love this country, no matter what. It is the country of my birth afterall and I will not tolerate any defamation against it either. The point is, after so many decades of living together, most of us have already learn how to adapt to each other's culture and I guess that is the most important thing in any multiracial country. I believe that respect and tolerance is vital in order to live in harmony, in any where around the world. I also believe that racism and discrimination will never ever be eradicated in this world that we live.

So, do we have a consensus that we should just move on instead of keep harping on something that will never be solved?
