Travel Info What is so special abt johor? Travel Tips Johor Bahru is a large city located across a bridge from Singapore. Every day, many people from Singapore come to Johor to shop as their goods are often less expensive than Singapore and there's more opportunity to bargain. For some tourists, it is smart to stay in Johor, there are excellent hotels at much lower prices than Singapore and it is inexpensive to go back and forth. Lots to see and do in Johor, it's not as clean as Singapore but it's still very interesting and more relaxed. Others Its the southernmost tip of the Asian continent :-) Its going to be a long answer if I'm going to take this broad question too openly, so I guess I'll just keep this short and simple. It really depends on what you're looking for in Johor to decide its specialty. There are some things uniquely Johorian and found nowhere else in other parts of the country. Ask the Singaporeans .. they should be able to tell what's special about Johor. |
