What type of chinese language is used on malaysia entertainment???

i heard chinese at kuala lumpur speak cantonese???
so what type of chinese language they used in tv /entertainment...ect

if u watch hong kong/local chinese movies, they use cantonese.
if u watch china, singapore, taiwan movies they use mandarin and hokkien

Mostly cantonese. Sometimes you get mandarin but not a lot of it.
depends on what channel you're watching or if you're watching cabel or free TV. There's a good mix of Cantonese and Mandarin here.
