If you looking for something trendy and nice and still cheap try out at bukit bintang plaza and mid valley mall. If you go for IT stuff, pc laptop and others accessories try go to lowyat just at the back of bukit bintang plaza. There's a bird flu outbreak in Kuala Lumpur! are u refering to kuala lumpur?cause if u are then there is tons of place to shop.depending on ur budget and where you stay.normally people like me would stay in city center which is known as bukit bintang.then there is shopping mall like sungai wang,lot 10,isetan,BB plaza all located walking distance.and if u want to shop for electronics then visit low yat plaza just behind sungai wang plaza.there is also times square shopping mall just right opposite melia hotel.there isnt much to shop in there though but its good for families to have a walk around and there is also an indoor theme park inside.and if u like shopping for designer brands and is staying in thecity center it self then go to star hill gallery.right next to marriot hotel.if i am not mistaken it is link together.thats just for city center.then what i normally do is take one whole day to visit other shopping megamall like the mid-valley,one-utama,sunway piramid and suria klcc.i normally just take the taxi.beware as the driver might simply charge you.kl taxi's are such con artist.anyways,mid-valley megamall is very big and there is a mix of branded and none branded stuff.one-utama is similiar i think but its more far away.and cost alot for taxi.then there is sunway piramid.its a good day to go there for a little bit of shopping and then go to the water theme park.its a good laugh to go with friends.then there is klcc.its big and posh.hehe.located at the feet of the twin-towers(world tallest building).u might want to go there if you have lots of $$ to spend.hehe.thats about it.don think you can shop finish all of this.good luck.
