As Best Western had only recently assume the management, they had done major refurbishments to their rooms and general areas. Location wise, it is very convenient, there's a shopping mall (The Mall) just opposite the hotel, an LRT station (mass transit). Others It is the former Pan Pacific Hotel opposite The Mall, PWTC or Legend Hotel. it is next to PWTC (Putra world trade center) or opposite the mall. formerly know by pan pacific Best Western the BIG hotel group starts to Manage this hotel a year ago,As a kid i enjoyed its glass lifts and the good food at its coffee house we were regulars .My family used to stay there for 3 months at one point.Majority of the staff had been there since it first opened.So their are really friendly from the door man to the Hotel Manager ,i think they had also refurbished the rooms ..if thats the case then,its OK.But you have to get a taxi to go to shopping district(there is noothing much at the shopping mall across the hotel) and other attractions. |
