Where do you plan to go, what are your interests? Peninsula, or Borneo? Culture or leisure? Shopping or relaxing on the beach? A combination of all? Surf the net - like the official Malaysia Tourism webpage - and you'll find a couple of recommended travel agents. If you have time to surf the net get yourself a picture of your destination, book your hotel (over the net), and then organise everything right here in Malaysia. You will see this is hassle free and probably more satisfying. Say: you have booked your hotel, and upon check in you go to the tour desk and organise a city tour for the next day. You like your guide and his services - he is fluent in English, flexible and all - ask them what else they offer and ask for the same guide.
