some chinese food are halal. i know you can have halal dim sum at quality hotel on weekend. and its cheap too
can't remember the name, but it's located at the top floor, next to kiku zakura japanese restaurant at great eastern mall, jalan ampang; very crowded during lunch hours and weekend
Here is a Tip for you:
Any Chinese seafood should be Halal even if it鈥檚 not Halal restaurant.
There's this really fantastic place called Madam Kwan's which serves halal Chinese and Malaysian food. I strongly recommend it. There are three outlets in KL: in KLCC, in Bangsar (Jalan Telawi Tiga) and in Mid-valley Mall.
I eat there when I am in KL.
