Travel Tips by taxi Others check if there is straight bus or tour agent in the airport that you can book for transport to genting. The ideal way is the go straight to genting either by car, taxi, or bus. The alternatively way is to take a bus or etc to KL bus terminal. there will will taxi or bus that goes up to genting. i will suggest if u could booked a hotel and ask the hotel to arrange a pickup service. this will be the most easiest way. 1. Take the KLIA express to KL sentral. 2. After arriving in KL Sentral, go to the Genting Highlands bus ticket counter. The prices are: ((Saturdays,sundays,public holidays, RM39, bus+skyway transfer+Outdoor Theme Park or One meal)) ((monday-friday, RM26, bus+skyway transfer+Outdoor Theme Park or One meal)). 3. go downstairs to the bus waiting place and wait for ur bus. 4. u will arrive at genting cable car station. ur cable car ticket is already paid whe u purchase ur bus ticket (as above). by KLIA Express. then at KL Central take the Putra LRT go direct to Putra Terminal Station. At Putra Terminal there are busses that go directly to Genting. Then ride on the cable car to get the top. KLIA to KLC = 45 min approx RM40 KLC to Putra Terminal = 30 min approx RM4.50 Putra Terminal to Genting = 45 min approx RM9 Cable car ride = 30 min. RM 4.50 Cheaper but tedious. if u go by taxi: easier but quite costly. |
