Do today's Malaysians really believe Anwar was/is guilty of sodomy? |
Travel Info just curious to know what the popular view from Malaysians is regarding a seemingly shoddy case that convicted Anwar Ibrahim of having a homosexual affair with his driver. Do most Malaysian's think it was the most blatant show of corruption or do they think everything was legit about it? Travel Tips My Malay friends once explained the meaning of UMNO - Under Mahathir No Opposition - that means those who oppose him will be history! Anwar who was then Finance Minister wanted IMF help during the 97 crunch but Mahathir rejected it outright. This was supposedly one of the incidents that led to Anwar's fall. Sodomy was the excuse. The entire Malaysian judicial system and process (media included) made it appear to look legitimate. Only God knows what happened! One evidence that confounded me was that the matress where Anwar was supposed to have done his ghastly act was found to have his semen all over it. If it was true wouldnt semen be present in only one part of the mattress instead of all over? The spray pattern seems really unlikely unless Anwar was in the habit of spreading his mess on the matress with a butter knife. Coming back to whether he was bisexual - he might be but the evidence against him at the trial seems too rich to be believed. well he might get people misunderstood with his janggut. WHAT IS GUILTY OF A SODOMY ACT GET ANY RELATED WITH TRAVEL SECTION OF MALAYSIA?????? This has been a long time crap and we Malaysian really dont bother of it that much..yeah, so he is a gay and i know i an prove it as a friend of mine was one of his gay partner..and they really did it in Bangsar...so? whats the fuss anyway? it has came all the way from his college years that he been practising it and thats is his right to do what ever he feels okay...so again..why borther? Being gay got nothing to do with a country corruption...only the 'act' seems a little bit akward from the rakyat's point of view and some ppl cant accept it.. You know... its just Malaysians and their Malaysian ways. There are some things acceptable but unacceptable and there are things unacceptable but acceptable. Contradictory yet credible and comprehensible yet confusing... Malaysia has a very high number of f a g population by the way... one of the ugliest in the world too. Its kind of hard to tell until they start fondling you (men). |
