Travel Info can you suggest something about Malaysia that i can write about? a hot spot in Malaysia, a tourist spot, must-see events, current events.. etc. i'm writing this feature article and i'm assigned to write about Malaysia for our project. thanks!! its better if you send me pictures!! it would be a really BIG help! Travel Tips hi! u wont be dissapointed to write about malaysia. malaysia is a multi-racial country so we celebrate lots of celebration like Hari Raya (muslims), Chinese New Year (chinese), Deepavali (indians) and many more. this year is our visit malaysia 2007 year. maybe u can write about that. (Loads of fruit, durian being only one of them). Maybe you can write about the mall-crawling habits of the people here. Try writing about Batu Caves....very interesting. Good luck! do u wanna write about our polluted rivers and brutal bombing murders? fellow m'sian frens, u still cant accept the fact that polluted rivers n brutal bombing murder is happening in our country? the whole world already know thrs a girl being bombed 2 death iin malaysia!!! I would concentrate on the balances and contrasts that are present in Malaysia between cultures, nature and modernisation. You could start by comparing the natural wonders of the country with the architectural feats. For example, the Mulu caves contain the world's largest cave passage and the world's largest natural chamber. But Malaysia has also managed a wonder of architecture and engineering with the building of the Petronas towers, tallest building in the world for a long period of time. You could then look at the different cultures - try Iban tribes living in longhouses and perhaps a young student living in KL for a real comparison. Then there is kampong life versus city life in general, Hindu temples compared to Mosques, nightclubs compared to night markets, luxury beach resorts compared to longhouses...
