Did any one of you guy been to Bali Island? What would you recommend to do at the ISland? Which resort provide spa and massage ? Which beach is the best?

But to answer it partially. Kota near Denpasar airport is the major tourist spot, and the adjacent peninsular of Nusa Dua is where you'll find most of the major (expensive) hotels, many of which will have in house spa/massage facilities.
But be aware when going to Bali, you will be travelling to Indonesia not Malaysia! Unless you are a national of an ASEAN country you will need to purchase a visa on entry (US$25 for up to 30 days).
