Smokehouse Cameron Highlands, Pahang?

Has anyone been to this hotel? Would you recommend it or is it overated? Is it in a convienient location for Tanah rata, tea plantations, waterfalls, strawberry parks?

It is a typical british design old house & still maintain as it was build. Located just next to the Golf Course.

it is one of the nicest hotel and the location is almost at the center of it all.
it is very nice and in good location i would say but the price is a bit on the high side
oh its beautiful...the gardens and the interior design is very very english..and its very expensive too...i dont know though about the dirty and old and unprofessional. i just went there to get the pricing for tea party. but then as long as you have a car, its easy to go here and there in Cameron Highlands.
Yup, 'Ye Old Smokehouse' , supposed to be one of the best hotels up there. From my experience, I thought the hosts were very friendly, the view was good & the restaurant aint that bad either. I did not like the rooms though, probably because of the deco, felt that I was in some horror house. I think you would enjoy the place if you are an elderly person or a senior citizen, otherwise forget about it.
