I wanna go to Malaysia. what must I do?? |
Travel Info Which is the best place to visit? Where can I stay? How much money (ringgit) I need for accommodation and meal please help me thnks =P Travel Tips Hi Mareee, first of all, thank you for considering Malaysia for your visit. Many tourists have visited our country. Furthermore, this year is our Visit Malaysia Year 2007. If you are into relaxing on the beaches, Penang and Pulau Langkawi will be a good choice as both islands are practically next to each other (ferry takes 3 hours between these 2 islands daily). Hostels/hotels range from RM50 (budget) to of course over a RM1000 ringgit. It depends on your budget. If you are into shopping, Kuala Lumpur, our capital, will amaze you. If you are into cultural, do visit Malacca, Sabah & Sarawak. If you love gambling, visit Genting Highlands where they boast world-class casino. As accommodation range from RM50 for budget hotels to over RM1000, my recommendation would be to go for hotel that cost around RM150 per night with free breakfast. They are usually clean and comfortable. Hawker meal is very cheap, less than RM10 per meal for 1 person, sometimes, less than RM5. Small cafes will cost you less than RM20 per meal. Fine dining, around RM100 per person, depending on which state you are visiting. Hope this and the link helps. Happy holidays! Source(s): http://malaysia.travel/consumer/... Other Travel Tips heh... i would like to goto Thailand Laos Cambodia, Vietnam in the winter... back pack... etc. I found this cool network website... callled wayn.com you can chat with others who travelled around the world! I've been getting plenty of info from people around the world... to plan my trip this winter! check it out? good luck! have fun! i prefer lankawi island, karambunai in sabah, sipadan island, or tioman island. there are also a lot of hotel around and about the meals, you dont have to worry cause food in malaysia is kinda cheap. it would be cost you at least rm100+ per day. for more infomation log on to www.tourism.gov.my. i hope you enjoy visiying malaysia.. Malaysia is not an expensive place and it is the Visit Malaysia year. Therefore I welcome you with open arms. There are many interesting places. Like Sarawak's Niah Cave, Sabah's Mount Kinabalu, Langkawi island, Tioman island. The tour agent can help you out. Believe me, our Malaysian Airlines ( MAS ) is one of the cheapest and has one of the best cabin crew in the world. If I were you, I will go to Singapore. I had the same question a while back. A friend of mine would want to go to the Philippines from France. He asked which would I prefer, Singapore or Malaysia on the side. I said, Singapore, no doubt. What must you do? Go to Singapore! On a personal note, I was robbed in Kuala Lumpur, few meters away from police station. bring your sunscreen, go to the beach and get tanned.... |
