How long does it takes to drive from Kuantan to Cameron highland? |
Travel Info How long (in hours) does it takes to drive down to cameron highland from kuantan. Travel Tips referring to your previous email, if you are using the Kuantan-terengganu-kelantan-ca... highland way.. it will take you around 7-8 hours drive.. however, u may also use the kuantan-temerloh-raub-guamusan... way.. which will be less that stated.. probably around 5-6 hours... my advise is check your vehicle properly before start your journey Others It shouldn't be longer than 5 hours... Know the road, check your vehicle's health... and you're off to go. Plan your journey well and good luck! it'll take +-4hrs, you can take the new highway (LPT) and before genting hingland junction u take a shortcut to batang kali, kuala kubu baru road ( don't worry this rd is quite deserted) follow that road until you met main road to ipoh. turn right and from there u drive on until met the new simpang pulai cameron highland bypass. best of luck. I would guess 5 hour via the east coast highway and PLUS highway. I was told now we can travel to Cameron Highlands through Kenyih which you will reach Cameron from the eastern side. So from Kuantan to Kenyih believe is approx 3 hours & from Kenyih to Cameron probably take you another 2 hours. Anyway have not try that route before. Alternatively, you have to go via Genting which will probably take you 5 hours too. But the earlier route you might be able to enjoy Kenyih scenery.
