What does it mean when someone says that you are 'jiwang'?

Travel Info
How do you interpret jiwang by the way? Does it describe somebody with a particular behavior or something?

he's a "romeo"
I thought it is when someone is feeling in love or romantic or something similar..
Like how Musa is feeling now..lol
Romantic I guess, but in slightly different way of interpretation鈥?it鈥檚 quite difficult to explain, but I鈥檒l give some examples:
If you read love/romantic novels
If your speak has all these romantic words
If you listen to all those slow love songs
Normally people would call you jiwang if you do all of the above鈥omantic is a pure love feeling, but jiwang is at slightly lower position than romantic, that's how I interpret it...

me lah: yeah...musa is kinda jiwang right now...
there's a cartoon character, French skunk known as Pepe Le Pew. you could say he is a jiwang because of his behaviour.
jiwang is more of 'touchy feelings' and melancholic..
love sick all about love
