What do you think about Visit Malaysia 2007? |
Travel Info Do you think are there any significant promotions/activities for this year? I personally think that there's not much different than previous years when there is no Visit Malaysia event. Travel Tips I don't know about the impact of Visit Malaysia 2007 promotions within Malaysia itself (which, I agree, don't seem like much), but I'm pretty sure that the tourism ministry is heavily promoting Malaysia as a tourist destination in other countries. In any case, I've had some over seas friends asking me more about Malaysia, and I find myself learning about our country. Although to be absolutely frank, the preparations, activities and events in this year so far leaves much to be desired. It feels as though Malaysia (and the Malaysian mentality) is woefully unprepared to accept the influx of visitors. Others Honestly , every year is about the same. the only different is the visit Malaysia 2007 banner is every where. I think it's a good way to promote international tourism in Malaysia. agree; besides malaysiana stuff, should also have more world class events to give more reasons to visit malaysia on a side note, if anyone has seen VMY promo videos (overseas version) please forward the URL, really hope to see what message is included in there I think is a good way to know many things .
