she got caught for dressing like that and performing in public.
why they didnt arrest siti nurhaliza? because she's rich? because she's datuk?
these religious officers are too much...
they bully the weak...
they capture her because they cant tahan her beauty and wanna take photos of her..
since they wanna follow the islamic law, why they didnt use islamic law to fight the criminals in johor n the rapist, especially those who rape their daughters?

I rather say they are brainless officers that got nothing else to do to save their job. If there's another word for 'more than stupid' i'll use it.

They made me go back & forth 17 times to their offices and many times several other places just to get the a piece of Certified Marriage Certificate.

They didn't because they are linked to rapists. Rapists are army, Rela, security guards and their breed. Statistically at least 6 women are reportedly raped in Malaysia every day. That's more than annual number of rapes in Saudi Arabia, and Saudi population can be compared to that of Malaysia (about 27 millions) - that tells how efficient is Islamic law on rapists (rape carries a mandatory death penalty). Incest cases normally go unreported.

I'm sure also also if the criminals would be risking to lose their hand (for steeling) or execution (for armed robbery) there would be less crimes. And in Islamic law a person has the right to kill a man who breaks into his house. Who would dare to break in a house, steal and rape if he fears that he might get killed?

Police officers are people who were bullied as kids and they joined police to revenge on the society.
