Travel Info Dear Jolanda & thebear. I just hope that we would be more considerate in posting statements or questions that could touch the sensitivities on races & religions of Malaysians here. Your questions like "ISA is anti-Christ?" U see, we Malaysians are against and oppose the ISA that persecuted ALL individuals or parties that against them, including the Muslims too. My friends & I are part of NGO that are fighting to remove ISA. I am sorry for some of your questions that had been removed and account has been closed. But posting questions like that, could spark hatred between the Christians and the Muslims (as the ISA authorities are presumably all Muslims) Personally, I like most of your Q&A, but please be more cautious & be more considerate in posting questions to avoid tensions between races. Apart from having numerous Indians & Chinese friends, I have Chinese relatives too that are Catholics, Buddist & Muslims. Ya, I knew u guys are truly nice people. Cheers! Please ignore my questions if you find them sensitive and I guess it should be fine with all of us. Its no use to pick on one another and we've all learnt a lesson from how some users have been behaving in such a manner. I've never bothered to answer things I don't know or find 'sensitive' to myself. I wouldn't want to be too serious with this thing too cos' at the end of the day, nothing is going to change unless we are willing to make the effort to do so. I will always be myself and come up with questions from time to time and nothing is going to stop me on this. Love me, hate me... at the end of the day, its all up to our individual discretion. Joli is not interested in answering this question by the way, but as I've always said... I'm cool with it. I hope that this is not going to be another gang up call or whatsoever and I also hope that you would be more tactful with your facts before making statements about other users (who could be real nasty and I don't need to mention names here, as these people pops up from time to time). I'm a guy by the way... Don't be fooled by Knut the Polar Bear :-) On another note, I am in NO WAY trying to spread hatred between all the 'muhibbah' races you've mentioned. Please take my statement seriously as I do not want to send out wrong signals. Things can be good or bad the way 'we' want them to be. As they say one man's food is another man's poison. The ISA thing is just a small issue and it was NEVER meant to spread hatred. In fact, if you're open enough and be less 'sensitive', it would have been something more positive and all of us could have a good laugh together, would you agree? I recommend that you do some read up on the AntiChrist thing to get my drift OR email me personally rather than posting such things on the mainboard or into other people's answers as I am in fact a VERY open person and you can ask me all the questions in the world and I'm willing to tolerate even if it comes to religious sensitivities. My style of posting questions are based on what I have found out in real life (experiences) or the things that may appear to be as a joke, but could have its basis with the reality. The word for AntiChrist is too generic these days and used as a general speculation on various subjects as there is no particular mention of 'who' the AntiChrist is but just mere description as depicted in the Book of Revelations (Revelation 13, to be exact). There are also other versions of the AntiChrist and it comes in many traditions and forms (even in Islam). Some are also works of commentaries or fiction and some are misinterpretation of the original meaning of the AntiChrist (which is in my case, is used to describe something unfavourable/ unpleasant/ unagreeable)... Other examples of my question styles are like the issue on Halal food as I have found LUNCHEON MEAT being labeled Halal by some irresponsible companies. I brought this up as a general discussion and if you were to get me wrong (at that time), you would probably join the rest of the 'muhibbah geng' to gang up on me just like what you're doing right now. Well, it doesn't work that way... sorry... I do appreciate your outspokenness and frankness but I guess you're lacking the tactfulness and courtesy to send me a personal email to say 'hi' to discuss this. By posting such things have you thought about the consequences or view that some users might have towards me and creating a more tensed up environment instead? I don't care about gang up calls anymore and to me, it is just a popularity booster, mind you. Yahoo can take away my account as many times as they like and I'll keep coming back again if that ever happens because I know my rights :-) This is my pledge and this is also me and I live by the motto "never give up". Yahoo is no different from those other racists who reported me due to the attention I am getting here. These people are a bunch of losers who even violate the very rules they've set up and its very lame of them to suspend my account without ever being bothered to investigate or negotiate with their loyal users (I've been with them for almost 10 over years and I've lost it due to Yahoo Answers and for that, I've declared that I'm no longer bothered about losing my new accounts anymore!). I think freedom of expression is guaranteed in a democratic country. Does that mean ....???? I have to disagree with you, just look at people that live in democratic country there are open to any criticism, comment in any subject either race, religion and etc. They can express they point of view ,without causing any trouble because they have a matured society, unlike Arab country and non democratic country they are afraid of discussing those issue, and as a result they engage them self with war to express their right |
