Chapatti or Roti Canai? |
Travel Info Which is healthier and why? If not, why? IF both are not, what are the alternatives? Travel Tips >>Twiggy..... I agree with you on the ungloved hand..... There was one time, a relative of mine (not TheBear) ordered roti canai. When he started his first bite, his face went blank......... He took a sniff and yikessssssssssssss.... He just puked there and then..... The roti canai man was seen coming out from the toilet and went straight to his stall !!!!!!!!!! (customers around told him so) -------happy eating------ Imagine.......a plate of s.... My relative has never touched a roti canai till this day. Others Both are extremely oily, makes you grow all the fats around your body.... Thosai would be a better choice i guess.... and its much more mouth-watering than these 2......yum yum...... Both Chapatti and Roti are healthy. Both are made of wheat and oil (even though Roti uses less oil) as the constituents. They represent carbohydrates and the fat which are the requirements every day. Also Wheat has more protein compared to the rice and thus it is useful for muscle building too. If one is too conscious about the fat , and infact trying to reduce weight may be then Roti is a better choice. Enjoy your meal i think chappatti is healthier but i like that roti canai Chapati seems less oily than roti canai, but I prefer naan. chapatti is waaayyyy healthier compared to roti canai. RC is full of oil. chapatti and naan are good :) chapatti has always been my favorite not bcoz its healthier but tastes better..me and roti canai are enemies. |
