I will alight at Time square on next friday alone to meet my KL friends...?

Travel Info
But i will meet them on Saturday... Anyone know where should i visit first? Time square? Are there any nearby Shopping mall around Time square? And is it walking distance to twin tower? Or is it walking distance to Chinatown?

I will bring RM850 for my 3 days visit... What is a normal rate for one day hotel stay?

Travel Tips
Standard price for hotel stay is around RM100-RM150 (excluding budget hotels) in KL City- depend on the 'condition' of the hotel. More comfortable place would be around RM200+.

From what I know, cheaper hotels are along Jalan Tun Abdul Razak, Jalan Raja Laut, and Jalan Putra. I'd been to Grand Continental Hotel for a few decades back, and it was quite okay for me.
Here are some list of hotels to help you choose :

There are a few shopping malls around Times Square. Sungei Wang, Lot 10, Plaza Low Yat (u can find most of the cheapest PC gadgets in KL there). I think u can even spend 1 whole day at TImes Square because everything is there, including cinema's 3d cinema's, Indoor Theme Park, etc (http://www.timessquarekl.com/)

From Times Square, you can easily walk to Bintang Walk, Lot 10, Sungei Wang, And Plaza Low Yat. KLCC (Petronas Twin Tower) at Jalan Ampang. If I'm not mistaken its arnd 3-5 KM from TIme Square - by foot. For me, I don't think I can make it there by foot - I would rather have a taxi/bus to bring me there or take LRT to get there. KL Tower is also nearby Times Square (almost the distance between KLCC & Times Square). Ohh, and don't forget
-Night Market on Saturday Night at Jalan Sultan Ismail ...
-Dont forget to taste Rotiboy! @ Twin Tower :)

If you have time, you can also try to visit Central Market, Bird/Orkid and Butterfly Parks, or National Museum, KL Sentral, and Mid Valley Mega Mall. I recommend using LRT and monorail to go around KL.. Its easy, fast, and cheap.

Have Fun With Your Friends! :) Source(s): http://www.timessquarekl.com/, http://www.myholiday.com.my/kualalumpurh...

Other Travel Tips
There a lot budget hotels rate abt RM80 Time Sq is ok place but u can walk round the palce to check wat u want
Walk backwards to Lot 1, there are good food and cheap hotels around.....and watch your pockets...
Nearby shopping mall
-sungei wang plaza
-lot 10
-starhill
-bb plaza
-low yat
-imbi plaza
-berjaya time square itself

twin tower and chinatown quite far from time square. Better you go there by cab or bus.

hope enjoy your visit
Times Square itself is a shopping complex. You can hang around there or lounge at Border's or watch a movie at the cineplex. Times Square also have an indoor theme park and a 3D theater. There are a lot of other shopping malls nearby, the prominent ones amongst tourists are Lot 10 and Sungei Wang Plaza and Bukit Bintang Plaza. However, Times Square is very far from our Twin Tower and Chinatown. You should consider taking cabs around town but beware of opportunists who may only want to reap you off. RM850 for 3 days visit is more than enough. A decent 5 star hotel nearby Times Square should costs between RM150-300 per night and average of hotel room rate is about RM200.00++. One piece of advice, when you visit Chinatown, keep an alert mind at all times for pick-pockets and be mindful of your wallet always, always bargain with the traders first before buying something and remember, don't be too conspicuous of your money. Enjoy your stay and have fun!! :)
