I am helping a some friends?

I have some friends who are looking for universities around the globe, so I want to know if Malaysian universities offer the courses my friends want to study.
1) One wants to study archaelogy, he is interested in history
2) One wants to study astronomy
3) One wants to study geology, he likes working with volcanoes and soils
4) One wants to major in literature
5) One wants to be a chef
6) One wants to be a vet for animals.
7) One wants to major in marine biology.

So are there universities in Malaysia that offer these courses?

yes there is. Try to look at malaysian university in the net.

no idea pal, because i'm graduated from Idontgoto University of Malaysia, sorry, can't help all seven of them
veterinary - UPM, USM UiTM
geology - UTP and USM

all the other courses are available in UiTM
Most universities here in Malaysia are national public universities where the government accept entrance via matriculations or STPM - Malaysian equivalent of A levels. Otherwise there are alot of university colleges that offers twinning degree courses and local graduate cert and diplomas.

1) University Malaya, Universit Utara Malaysia
2) This one I have no idea
3) Geology - Universiti Sains Malaysia, Universiti Teknologi Malaysia or Universiti Putra Malaysia. Anyway Malaysia do not have volcanoes, it is unlikely there is a course specifically attributed to that studies. The one I know is Hawaian Pacific Univeristy which is actively involved in volcanic research.
4)University Malaya , International Islamic University
5)Chef? Normally it is by trade apprentice for cook or specific culinary schools. But you may try to be pastry chef. The one I know is Malaysian Institute of Baking in PJ.
6) Universiti Putra Malaysia
7) Universiti Sains Malaysia
