i live in penampang sabah. so i need to know how much does the trip to ranau and to climb mount kinabalu is.

kopivosian... go to Sutera Sanctuary Lodges in KK. Entrance fees for locals is RM5, climbing permit is RM30, overnight is around RM 69, guide (compulsory) is around RM 70, add in food at Laban Rata (count around RM 40 per person, dinner, b'fast, lunch) and then transport: bus around RM 15 to KNP, or you go by own car...
