Travel Tips
same here mate, i know exactly what you mean, ( atm in uk), went back in the mid winter a few years ago from zero to 30 over degrees..man, felt like just shedding everything ( mind the pun) cant stand the heat as i touched down..but being home for 6 weeks made me adapt to the weather..survival skills indeed !
but i remembered being in cool air conditioned shopping mall , lecture halls, librabries etc..
as the first person answered before, yeah, dont get out of an air contioned room if you have to, or put the fan on full blast.
and get a cool shower when possible to cool down..
gosh, havent been back for ages..planning to..will have to pack up so shorts!hahahha
cheers mate

Don't get off the air conditioned room if no need to.
Very easy, take more showers. Everytime you get back from outside, go and get a shower. Simple as that. Also a Chinese saying, "Coolness comes with calmness", just don't get upset so easily.
Psst, very good answer, mandi is the answer
we're used to the weather...I understand..........Australia is a not so hot and cold country.....or to make it easier....a temperate country......You're used to the weather......so coming back to a country which is hotter than australia,,,,I understand that........but as for me,I would normally stay at somewhere air conditioned like shopping malls...or take a very cold shower and stay at home.........
malaysian..
I had lived in many countries and to answer your question it is just a matter of surviving skills. It depends on your preferences and how to deal with it. Some people prefer cold, some prefer warm and some do not mind at all. Drink a lot of water, stay in and wear light clothes are the best advice. Nobody in Malaysia has died simply because it is humid and hot but a lot of people in the West especially homeless person died because it's cold outside!
