Without knowing more of your hotel, it would be difficult to explain in depth. The following are some suggestions you can ask yourself in deciding your marketing strategy.

The traditional marketing mix has 4 Ps:
- Product: what are the strengths or attractions of your hotel?
- Price: what prices would you use to attract customers?
- Place: where is your hotel located?
- Promotion: how do you tell people about your hotel?
Then a new P was added:
- People: what are the specialties of your personnel?
Finally two more Ps were added:
- Process: are there systems to control quality?
- Physical Evidence: is there a special ambiance that makes customers satisfied?
